Why this role?
You’re the person who asks “What’s the root cause?”—then proves it. In this off-shift role, you’ll keep essential equipment healthy: align drives, pipefit new lines, weld and fabricate small components, and return machines to spec.
What you’ll do
- Pipefitting, welding, and small-scale fabrication to support installs and repairs
- Precision alignment of belts, sheaves, and rotating assemblies
- System-level troubleshooting across hydraulics and pneumatics
- Assembly and rebuild work on complex mechanical systems
- Assist with CNC equipment installation and set-up
You bring
- High school diploma or GED
- One of the following credentials:
- 8+ years documented millwright/machine repair experience
- Completion of a bona fide apprenticeship with certificate
- Journeyman Millwright status
- Journeyman Machine Repair status
Nice to have
- Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery
