Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions on production machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment.
• Execute basic fabrication, welding, and machining for equipment repair and modification.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for diagnostic purposes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
