Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production, maintenance, and quality personnel.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill assessments, and operational feedback.
• Design and deliver engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Track and report on training completion rates, effectiveness, and return on investment.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Evaluate and select external training providers and resources as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the manufacturing workforce.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with manufacturing-specific LMS platforms.
• - Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• - Proven ability to develop and implement e-learning modules.
• - Familiarity with safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.
