Base Salary Plus Commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Assist customers in identifying insurance solutions that align with their personal and business needs
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, follow-up activities, and agency-provided leads
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional coverage options, including life insurance products
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients while delivering exceptional service
• Contribute to individual performance goals and the overall growth of the agency

Qualifications:

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health Insurance license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy setting goals and achieving results
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
• A coachable attitude and commitment to professional development
• Current insurance licensing is preferred; however, candidates willing to obtain licensing are encouraged to apply.
