Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to source, negotiate, and manage the purchase of goods and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role involves supplier research, contract negotiation, inventory tracking, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to meet organizational needs and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate the purchase of goods and services.

• Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.

• Conduct supplier research and manage vendor relationships.

• Negotiate contracts and track inventory.

• Support operations by managing procurement processes effectively.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in inventory coordination or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
