Call Center/Customer Service Specialist Pay: $17.00 per hour

Our Plainwell, MI location is currently looking for full-time Call Center/Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team. Our ideal Call Center/Customer Care Specialist candidate enjoys providing exceptional customer service, thrives under pressure, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide outstanding customer service while answering high volume inbound calls
- Close and schedule jobs
- Manage pipelines and outbound lists (no cold calling)
- Provide detailed Salesforce documentation
- Follow Modernistic call flow
- Actively listen and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products & services
- 1+ year previous experience in customer service, sales or other customer focused fields
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- High volume call center experience preferred
- Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience preferred
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and other standard applications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a smile that can be heard through the phone
- Accurate, organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work some weekends
