• Smyrna, TN to AL, FL, GA, LA, MS
• Nashville, TN Rail to TN, KY
• Canton, MS to GA, TN, KY, OH, TX, FL
• Kansas City to any available lanes
• Brunswick, GA to Eastern FL (Nissan), TN (Glovis)
• Austin, TX to GA, FL, TN.
• Dearborn Mi to MD, NJ, DE, and VA, IL, WI

Sparrows Point, MD to WV, OH, MI, IN, KY, PA

Driver Requirements:

• Must be 23 yrs old and have a minimum of 2 yrs current, verifiable driving experience with a Class A CDL
• One-year car hauling experience
• Pass a required pre-employment drug test (No SAP)
• Current DOT medical card.
• Clean MVR – No major traffic convictions in the past 3 years. o Accidents and moving violations will also be reviewed for the past 36 months. o Zero DUI infractions in the last 5 years.
• Company-acceptable CSA score and criminal background.
• Must have TWIC or be able to obtain one within 30 Days of onboarding.
• All drivers must be able to communicate in English per FMCSR Section 391.11(b)(2).

What to expect as a company driver: $3,500 sign-on bonus offered for NE dedicated drivers.

No Boundaries Transport is currently seeking Safety-minded Independent Contractors (I/C’s) to join our team and run in our growing network.

• 85% of revenue per load with detailed settlements.
• Monthly fuel surcharge rebates.
• Fuel and tire discounts. Company fuel discounts, fuel charged back at cost.
• Access to company shops for repairs and maintenance.
• DOT inspection required to be conducted at NBT shop prior to onboarding (Readyville, TN / Wills Point, TX / Brunswick, GA).
• All onboarding and annual renewals costs for; drug/alcohol screening, decals, inspections, plates, permits, taxes, technology installation and ongoing service will be charged back.
• Escrow account required to be built to $10,000 for reserve. Equipment Requirements:
• NBT requires 2016 or newer equipment.
• All equipment must be ELD compatible.
• All equipment must pass a DOT inspection at an NBT shop prior to onboarding.
