Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production line personnel, fostering a productive work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bilingual fluency to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Experience with automated manufacturing processes or robotics.
