Hybrid (working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office)

Overview

• Team size is around 18
• Oversee warranty management, including issue review and resolution—determining whether claims should be approved or declined.
• Act as a liaison for dealer-related concerns and provided support for CarBravo operations.
• Experience in finance and insurance (F&I) is considered a valuable asset.

Requirements

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in sales and customer service
• Used car experience is important

1. Understand dealership warranty operations, dealership fixed operations
2. Need to be comfortable speaking and consulting with dealers, field experience highly preferred or in-dealership experience
3. Analytic and problem-solving mindset
