Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of finishing department personnel.
• Ensure all finished products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor production schedules and workflows to achieve daily output targets efficiently.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the finishing area.
• Train and mentor finishing technicians on new processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks to maintain continuous workflow.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of all finishing equipment and machinery.

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing finishing processes and equipment.
• Strong understanding and application of quality control standards for finished products.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and experience implementing safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for production optimization.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with specific advanced finishing technologies (e.g., robotic painting, automated polishing, advanced surface treatment)
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for interpreting designs or programming finishing equipment
• Proven experience in developing and delivering operator training programs
