Operations Assistant
- Maintain employee rosters
- Complete all background checks including: IChats, OIG/SAM, national and state registry checks
- Complete Motor Vehicle checks monthly
- Assist with orientation
- Conduct annual trainings for care homes
- Assist with gathering all necessary documentation for external audits
- Perform fingerprints for staff and external visitors via Ident-a-Go
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be reliable and dependable
