Support Executive
Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Kemmerer, WY. Candidate must have strong expertise in desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting with solid knowledge of Windows administration as a key qualification for this role.
Rate Range: $26/hour to $28/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Support Executive job responsibilities include:
Resolving technical incidents and service requests by performing second‑line investigation and troubleshooting across user devices.
Supporting hardware and software maintenance activities, including IMAC tasks for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Managing ticket updates in the ITSM tool and communicating progress to clients until full resolution.
Performing device staging, imaging, provisioning, and workstation setup for end users and site operations.
Coordinating with third‑party vendors and support groups to address break‑fix issues and complete service requests.
Maintaining local inventory, asset records, and documentation while ensuring compliance with IT procedures and operational standards.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a diploma or degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technical field.
3-5 Years of experience required.
Candidate must have strong technical capability in Windows administration, device imaging, application troubleshooting, and ITSM ticket handling.
Candidate must have proven ability to manage hardware, software, and peripheral support tasks with accuracy while adhering to operational procedures and documentation standards.
