Salary Range: $124,000 - $173,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Direct cost accounting activities, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Lead the financial audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and drive profitability improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, including ERP utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies specific to manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Proven ability to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience leading or actively participating in ERP system implementations or major upgrades.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their financial impact.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
