Territory Manager - Grand Rapids
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Grand Rapids territory.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate healthcare providers about products and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to clients and staff regarding product usage and best practices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market analysis.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and increase brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in cardiology and arrhythmias.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Pharma or B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in managing a territory and achieving sales goals.
- Established network within the healthcare community in the Dallas area.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the medical field.
