Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Grand Haven, MI, with contract opportunities that may be renewed. This position offers comprehensive benefits and strong professional support to ensure success in the role. Both local and travel SLP positions are open, with most assignments onsite, while some districts may offer virtual or hybrid schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans to meet students specific needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP in the state of employment (required for travel roles)
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work onsite, with possible virtual or hybrid options depending on district needs
