Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Optimize supply chain management from procurement to distribution to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand market share.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and strategic leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive background in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production efficiency, quality standards, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a strong safety and accountability culture.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies, industry regulations, and market dynamics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or local workforce diversity
• Demonstrated experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing initiatives
• Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) and scaling manufacturing processes
