Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall profitability, financial performance, and budget for the manufacturing facility.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, high quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and improve market position.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols across all operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Oversee supply chain activities to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and P&L management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, execution, and driving business growth.
• Strong track record in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Fluency in a second language relevant to international operations or workforce diversity
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, advanced robotics)
• Prior P&L responsibility for multiple manufacturing sites or business units
