Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous availability and performance of critical IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and secure the operational technology (OT) environment, including SCADA, MES, and PLC systems.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS modules).
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols across IT and OT networks to protect intellectual property and production.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, network stability, and data integrity to support efficient production processes.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for manufacturing-critical applications.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLM).
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills for IT initiatives.
• Ability to align IT strategy with operational goals and drive digital transformation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, predictive analytics) applied to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, PLM).
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
