Salary Range: $143,000 - $194,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and business objectives.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation and utilization.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, Lean manufacturing, and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, maintenance, and quality control processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Manager.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Proven P&L management experience and a track record of developing and executing strategic operational plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, advanced robotics, AI-driven analytics).
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the global supply chain or local workforce.
• Proven experience leading significant capital expenditure projects from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices and waste reduction initiatives.
