BattleGR / BGR Event Center – Comstock Park, MI
$20–$22/hour | Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required
This role is for someone who is comfortable leading from the floor , making decisions in real time, and holding people accountable — even when it’s busy, loud, and fast-paced.
If you prefer predictable shifts, limited responsibility, or strictly assigned duties, this role will not be a good fit.
What You’ll Be Trusted to Handle- Lead shifts and execute events with minimal oversight
- Direct staff during high-volume events and busy weekends
- Step in to cover shifts when coverage falls through
- Make judgment calls that protect the guest experience
- Delegate clearly and follow up — not hope tasks get done
- Use slower shifts to complete detailed downtime task lists
- Maintain safety, professionalism, and operational standards
- Has previous leadership or management experience
- Communicates clearly and directly
- Is comfortable correcting issues in the moment
- Can balance being supportive with being firm
- Is reliable when the schedule gets demanding
- Understands that events don’t always go as planned

Schedule & Pay- $20–$22/hour , based on experience
- Full-time
- Evenings, weekends, and event-based hours required
- Some very busy days, some slower days with structured task expectations
