Water Extraction: Respond promptly to water damage emergencies, extracting water using appropriate equipment.

Assessment: Evaluate the extent of damage to determine the necessary remediation processes required.

Drying Process: Apply drying methods to areas affected by water damage, ensuring that moisture is fully eliminated to prevent mold growth.

Maintenance: Keep equipment and tools in proper working order, reporting any issues or repairs needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring that all job details are documented for future reference.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality results for clients.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in water management or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience in water management, plumbing, or construction is preferred.

Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for water systems maintenance.
