Experience Coordination Specialist
We're seeking a detail-oriented Experience Coordination Specialist to support clients by organizing plans, coordinating details, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, client communication, and keeping moving parts aligned behind the scenes. This is perfect for self motivated people who work independently with systems and resources.
What Youll Do:
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences and needs
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and experience details
- Manage updates, changes, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy across all plans and documentation
- Deliver professional, friendly client support throughout the process
What Were Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service, coordination, or planning experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-comfortable
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain and LATAM
