Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse environment.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Certification in supply chain or warehouse management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Proficiency in advanced data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
