What Youâll Do
As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting essential instrumentation systems that support pharmaceutical manufacturing and utilities operations.
Your contributions will include:
Performing maintenance and reliability tasks on utility systems, plant equipment, and facilities infrastructure.
Calibrating and maintaining 4mAâ20mA instrumentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Tracking equipment repair history and recommending improvements for performance and reliability.
Following standard procedures to complete tasks with varying complexity and scope.
Supporting plant audits, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborating across disciplines to meet team goals and operational targets.
Ensuring compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
Managing personal time, task prioritization, and development goals to ensure accountability.
What Youâll Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation or related technical field
Proficiency with computers and documentation systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Solid technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot moderately complex issues
Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Experience with instrumentation calibration (especially 4â20mA signals)
What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the biopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industries
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA Process Safety Management (PSM)
Background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques
Strong organizational and time management skills
