Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in production lines and systems.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems to restore functionality.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company regulations.
• Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Proven experience applying Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols in an industrial setting.
• Relevant technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) or industrial automation.
• Welding and/or fabrication skills.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
