Bead Coater

In this role, you'll handle coating operations, perform inspections using precision tools, and make sure every product is flawless. If you enjoy hands-on work, like working carefully and seeing your effort pay off, you'll thrive here.

Set Up for Success

You'll create a smooth start to every job by preparing your workspace, mixing materials correctly and getting each part ready to be coated.

Applying the Coating

You'll apply thin, even layers of coating and add fine beads to the part to create the correct texture, thickness, and coverage.

Curing the Parts

You'll place coated parts into curing ovens and allow them to cool so that the coating bonds correctly.

Shaping and Finishing

You'll trim the edges, touch up thin spots and make sure each part looks uniform and well-finished

Final Quality Checks

You'll use precision tools to make sure each part meets thickness, appearance, and quality standards.

Education Qualifications

High School Or Equivalent (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications

No previous work experience required (Preferred)

Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)

Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Frequently

Must be able to move equipment around the building - Occasionally

Must be able to position oneself and move under/around/over equipment - Occasionally

Must be able to handle/adjust/inspect/position various items and equipment - Constantly

Must be able to distinguish and detect information such as writing and defects - Frequently
