Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the timely and effective repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends and optimize performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including scheduling, performance management, and development.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize uptime and reduce costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise-level CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
