Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability to support manufacturing production goals.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and relationships with external service providers.
• Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of complex machinery and facility systems.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance planning.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies in a maintenance setting.
• Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
• Project management experience for capital equipment upgrades or facility improvements.
