Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement material planning strategies to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Oversee the entire material flow process, from procurement to warehousing and distribution.
• Utilize and maintain MRP/ERP systems for accurate material forecasting, planning, and tracking.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives related to material purchasing, storage, and logistics.
• Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
• Manage and develop the materials planning and warehouse teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting, and production planning methodologies (e.g., JIT, Lean).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with global supply chain management and international logistics
