Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for equipment repair.
• Install, commission, and de-commission manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
• A technical degree, vocational certificate, or completed apprenticeship in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
