How it Works:

• Claim a Job: View available inspections in your area and accept the ones that fit your route.
• Inspect with the App: Follow a clear, custom scope and capture photos/observations directly in the Inspectify app.
• Submit & Move On: Once you sync your data at the property, the job is complete. No back-and-forth with clients.

Partner Requirements:

To maintain the quality of our professional network, all partners must meet the following:

• Certification/Licensing: Must be a licensed home inspector (per state requirements) or hold an active certification from ASHI or InterNACHI. *Unless applying as a surveyor
• Insurance: Must carry General Liability insurance (Professional/Personal Liability alone is not accepted). *Surveyors do not need insurance
• Business Setup: Must operate as a business owner or sole proprietor (1099).
• Tools: Must have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone capable of running the Inspectify app.

*Not licensed yet? We also invite non-licensed Surveyors to join us for jobs such as draw inspections or occupancy checks.
