University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with Home Health Kinnser experience to provide exceptional care to patients in Redford, MI and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized physical therapy services in patients' homes to promote recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients in home health settings.
- Utilize Kinnser software to document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and care techniques to support recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, company, and professional standards.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience with Home Health Kinnser software is mandatory.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients in Redford and surrounding areas.
