Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate waste and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and realization of benefits.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or equivalent certification.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects from conception to sustainment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent change management, communication, and training skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI) for process optimization.
• Master Black Belt certification or other specialized advanced certifications (e.g., Shainin Red X, TOC).
• Formal certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES) for data-driven improvement.
