Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet output targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing production management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing production teams.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen), and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
