Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of assembly technicians.
• Plan and assign production tasks to meet daily output targets and schedules.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve production challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate an assembly team effectively.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and safety protocols.
• Proven problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving production issues and improving efficiency.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with automated assembly equipment or robotics.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
