Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Montague that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using schematics and test equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams for installation and repair.
• Adhere strictly to electrical safety codes (e.g., NFPA 70E) and company safety protocols.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues with PLC-controlled automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash safety.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi).
• Experience with industrial robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with instrumentation and process control systems.
