The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage all reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective repairs to production equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, control costs, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability, efficiency, and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support new equipment installations and process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for industrial maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Proven track record in managing capital equipment installation and commissioning projects.
