Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff to foster a high-performance team.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage resources effectively.
• Develop and enforce robust safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize flow and minimize waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of production staff.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis for operational planning and performance tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
