Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct diagnostic testing to identify equipment malfunctions and necessary repairs.
• Install, align, and commission new production machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and production stoppages.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Relevant technical degree or certification, or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
• Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Certification in forklift or aerial lift operation.
• HVAC or refrigeration repair experience.
