We are seeking reliable individuals for a temporary General Labor position in Litchfield, available on both 1st and 2nd shift with no set end date. This role involves using a hand buffer to repair and remove scratches from surfaces. This is a short-term assignment.

General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• This position is temporary, expected to last about 1 month, possibly longer.
• 1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM
• 2nd shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM
• Use a hand buffer to repair and remove scratches from surfaces.
• Inspect materials for quality and defects.
• Perform data entry as needed.

General Labor Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Steel-toed boots required (metatarsal covers provided by company).
• Excellent job history.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable working overtime and weekends if scheduled.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Willingness to work in a climate-controlled environment.
