BILINGUAL Spanish-Customer Account Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Bilingual Customer Account Specialist to strengthen our customer relationships and ensure an exceptional service experience. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing product insights, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating closely with our outside sales team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys problem‑solving, relationship building, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently by collaborating with internal teams.
- Provide product information, support, and recommendations to customers and Territory Sales Managers.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify potential service concerns.
- Troubleshoot customer service challenges and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle—including order entry, adjustments, and follow‑up—to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.
- Partner with the sales team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, KPIs, and service level agreements to ensure service excellence.
- Escalate customer concerns appropriately to ensure effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese AND English
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to consistently meet service and delivery deadlines
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast‑paced work environment
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities
- Effective time management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
