You’ll monitor safety, manage adverse events, administer medications in accordance with protocol, document thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that advance best practices in psychiatric care. This role is designed for growth: you’ll have opportunities to pursue specialty certifications, expand your scope of practice, and assume mentorship or lead responsibilities as you demonstrate clinical excellence. The package features competitive compensation with a weekly pay range of $1,827-$1,991, reflecting the high level of expertise you bring.
