Salary Range: $134,000 - $185,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the plant budget, control expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles throughout the facility.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems for all products and processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in managing plant budgets, P&L, and capital expenditures.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
• Previous experience managing operations across multiple sites or a global footprint
