We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced CNC Programmers, CNC Operators, and Welders/Metal Finishers to join our team. Our company designs and manufactures high-quality, high-speed, and high-volume machines and tooling , and we are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in precision and quality workmanship.

****CNC Programmers****
Pay Range $35-$45/HR
Responsibilities

• Creating and Implementation of certified Fusion 360 or Hypermill Programs.
• Machine and/or test lathe and machined parts according to engineering drawings and customer specifications
• Assist in establishing manufacturing methods including machine setup, testing procedures, material selection, and tooling requirements to ensure parts meet engineering tolerances
• Perform inspections and testing to verify parts meet manufacturing standards and blueprint specifications
• Visually inspect parts to ensure they are free of burrs, defects, or damaged surfaces
• Maintain proper identification of parts in accordance with planning specifications
• Ensure accurate records, documentation, and quality control data are properly maintained
  Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience
• Experience with setup and operation of CNC and/or manual machines including mills, lathes, drills, grinders, honing, lapping, and deburring equipment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience using a variety of standard and dedicated gauging equipment
• U.S. Citizenship required
  ****CNC Operators****
  Pay Range $26-$32/HR
• Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating and setting up HAAS CNC Mills
• Experience with setup and operation of CNC and/or manual machines including mills, lathes, drills, grinders, honing, lapping, and deburring equipment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience using a variety of standard and dedicated gauging equipment
• U.S. Citizenship required

****Welders/Metal Finishers****
Pay Range $30-$35/HR
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding and fabrication at the bench to drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, and prep materials accurately
• Assemble and finish welded components to required tolerances
• Inspect and ensure weld quality meets company and customer standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bench hand or welder in a fabrication or manufacturing workshop
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and weld symbols
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Trade qualification or welding certifications
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, or mild steel
