Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of shop floor employees, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor production schedules, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize workflow for efficiency.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance is performed.
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments, and shop floor personnel.

• - Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role.
• - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
