Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Manage existing customer accounts to identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with production and shipping departments.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Provide product information, technical assistance, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features and benefits.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and sales activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Bonus Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes or technical products
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards or quality certifications (e.g., ISO)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets
