Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control personnel and inspectors.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits to maintain quality system effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Proficient in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Lean/Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software or QMS platforms
• ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Proven experience in supplier quality management and conducting supplier audits
