The Production Associate posting is accepting applications for Direct Hire for NIGHT SHIFT ONLY. Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. We are filling positions in these departments:

• Assembly
• Machine operator
• Warehouse
• Production control
• Die Cast

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees)
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
• Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Pass a drug screen
• Pass a background check
• Physical demands and abilities may include:
  • Regularly lift 35 pounds
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks
  • Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
  • Must have good eye-hand coordination

MACI Schedule:

• Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible
• Average 8-10 hours each day
• Shift start and end times subject to vary based on area of production. Typical start/end times:
  • Green Shift (NIGHTS) - 8 PM or 9 PM start to 5 AM or 5:30 AM
