Bookkeeper / Office Manager | Wyoming, MI
Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing for manufacturing-related invoices.
- Process weekly payroll for all employees, including timecard verification for production staff and payroll tax filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining office equipment.
- Provide administrative HR support, including new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits information.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and utility services to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Maintain organized financial, HR, and operational records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, including AR, AP, GL, and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory management and basic cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage office operations, including vendor relations, administrative support, and supply procurement.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for accurate financial record-keeping and efficient office management.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with job costing or cost accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience supporting HR functions, such as onboarding or benefits administration
