College Work-Study Clerical Assistant - Business/Information Technology

Job Function
Perform various clerical duties in support of full-time staff and the department. All applicants MUST meet the following criteria or will be marked 'disqualified':- a current student at Macomb Community College taking AT LEAST 6 credit hours.
Job Responsibilities
- General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, and faxing.
- May distribute mail and prepare mailings
- Pick up and deliver items from various departments around campus, as necessary
- Greet and properly direct students and staff
- Stock office supplies
- Assist with department forms
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position.
